This Warranty Policy reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality lighting solutions and ensures that our customers receive reliable and lasting performance from our products. Warranty Duration:
- All ANKUR LIGHTING products come standard with a 12-month warranty against manufacturer's defects.
Standard Operating Conditions:
- The warranty is applicable for both LED and non-LED products when operated under standard conditions, including a voltage range of 180-230V AC and a frequency of 50-60Hz.
Warranty for LEDs:
- For LED products, the warranty covers a typical usage of 4000 burning hours per year when operated in normal 12-hour working conditions. The warranty terms extended by Ankur Lighting will be calculated proportionally to these burning hours or the total warranty period, whichever comes first.
Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty terms will be void if any of the following conditions are met:- The lighting system has been tampered with or altered.
- The product is operated under non-stable and temporary power (electrical) conditions, including but not limited to abnormal surges, incorrect electrical connections during installation, exposure to heavy equipment operations, or use with DG sets.
